placing your order with GiftsByLiberty, you agree to the following
terms and conditions: |
- If
submitting an invitation, production will not begin until
the invitation has been received by GiftsByLiberty.
- Date
the order is received must be 8 weeks from requested delivery
date or there will be an additional charge of $10.00.
- Invitations
may undergo minor alterations such as clipping to fit
properly into the design.
- Wedding
box design is fully entrusted to GiftsByLiberty.
- Full
discretion is given to GiftsByLiberty on frame design,
unless otherwise stated by customer prior to production
or on the date ordered. (customer to specify fabric or
design)
- Prices
and products subject to change without notice.
- Total
amount of order is due at time of order.
- Custom
and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production
has begun.
- Custom
and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- GiftsByLiberty
will not be responsible for errors made by customer.
- Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
- All
orders must be prepaid in full by check, money order or
credit card.
- If
paying by credit card, you authorize GiftsByLiberty to
charge the amount to your credit card.
- Cancellation
of order must take place within 24 hours of placing the
order.
- GiftsByLiberty
reserves the right to use photographic images of all completed
products for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Ground
delivery: Please allow up to 3 business days to process
your order from receipt of prepaid order.
